While the three options are very similar the more expensive options supply more in terms of service options, e.g. the Standard package permits the upload of 2 photographs, the Deluxe package 25 photographs and the Platinum package upload of 30 photographs. The listing duration on external sites for the Standard and the Deluxe packages is for three months, however, the Platinum package will continue to advertise the property externally until the property is sold regardless of the time frame it takes to sell.

Both the Deluxe and the Platinum packages will provide a for sale signboard, where this will be charged as an optional extra at £40 in the Standard Package. The Standard and the Deluxe packages both exclude the EPC certificate which is offered as an optional extra at £65.

The Standard Package does not include the property as featured for the week, whereas this is a default privilege that comes with the Deluxe and the Platinum packages. This option, however, can be purchased as a featured property for one week, for an additional £25. Only the Platinum Package offers weekly performance update and arranged viewings, neither of which are available as optional extras for the other two packages.
