The Premise

National Property Trade offers a straightforward way to sell your property quickly and easily. Once you have provided National Property Trade with some information on the property you wish to sell, they will carry out an online valuation and make an indicative offer which is subject to survey and valuation.

After an indicative offer has been made, they will arrange for two local agents to complete independent property valuations. On the results of these valuations, National Property Trade will make a formal offer and instruct a solicitor and a RICs surveyor; all of these are paid for by the company and are not costs that are passed on to you.

You are under no obligation to accept their offer at any stage and are free to decide if you do want to proceed with the sale or not. If you choose not to go ahead with selling to National Property Trade, then you will have nothing to pay as long as you chose one of their own panel solicitors.

If you decide to use your own solicitors, they will give you a contribution towards your solicitor fees even if you don’t proceed with the sale. If you do go ahead with the sale and accept the offer, you can exchange and complete in a timescale that works for you.
